Closing Application Date for President's Challenge 2011 Beneficiaries’ Nomination is 31 October 2010!

Please download the PC2011 Beneficiary Nomination Form here if you have not already done so.

1. All applicants must complete the information in Sections A to I, where applicable.

2. Only completed nomination form with full set of supporting documents (i.e. latest financial statements) will be considered.

3. Submit the scanned copy of the completed and duly signed nomination form & your VWO’s latest financial statements, if not yet submitted, to Mr Faizal Kasiran via fax (6256 7250) or email (mohammad_faizal_kasiran@mcys.gov.sg) by 31 October 2010.
